Lens STORM Video Overview

The ski and snowboard goggle The STORM and The STORM OTG are equipped with the simple SnapTech PRO Magnet System. Through an optimised positioning of the magnets and a robust polycarbonate frame that houses the lens, the magnetic strength has been increased by 30%. A comfortable hold is guaranteed even during super fast turns and the biggest of airs.

A total of seven different lenses with a range of light transmissions are available. Depending on the wind and weather conditions, there is a suitable lens for every condition. In addition to the specific light transmission, the lenses have a super anti-fog coating and are 300% more resistant to fogging. That means, the Super Anti-Fog coating is three times stronger and more resistant to fogging than its predecessors.

In the table below you can see which lens category is suitable for each weather condition.

Super Glas bei diffuser Sicht. Könnte etwas Kratzerresistenter sein.

Super finde ich die simple Art wie die Scheiben mittels Magnetbefestigung getauscht werden können. Was mich überrascht hat war dass die Doppelscheibe wenn man Verschmutzung mit etwas Wasser bereinigen möchte sehr leicht (!) Wasser zwischen die Scheiben bekommt was dann nicht mehr bereinigbare Spuren hinterlässt. Die Verklebung der Scheiben ist also leider nicht wasserfest :-( , hoffentlich verursacht schmelzender Schnee nicht ähnlichen Wassereintritt. Ich habe dann eine neue Scheibe bestellt, Service und Lieferung sind (wie auch beim ursprünglichen Kauf der Brille) top :-)
