The "Category - CAT" number indicates the level of light transmission in the visible range. How clearly and extensively you can perceive your surroundings largely depends on the lens you choose.
Lens HAWK
Sport sunglasses have one important function above all: to protect the eyes. The HAWK lenses offer UV400 protection. This filters and blocks dangerous UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are also equipped with a Nano-HD coating to recognise contrasts in all light conditions and to deflect water droplets on the lens.
In order to be able to adapt to the changing light conditions as quickly as possible, the sport sunglasses are equipped with a simple plug-in system. The lenses can be replaced quickly and easily within seconds.
A total of 6 different lenses are available for The HAWK. There is a suitable lens for each weather condition. See the table below for details.
