Shipping policy

We like to keep things simple, with flat rates, tracked deliveries, and fast dispatch.


Australia

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $175 (2–6 business days *)

  • Standard Shipping $9.90 for orders up to $175 (2–6 business days *)

  • Express Shipping $14.90 (1–3 business days within the Australia Post Express Post Network *)

New Zealand

  • International Standard NZ Shipping $12.90 AUD (6–10 business days **)

  • International Express NZ Shipping $24.90 AUD (4–7 business days **)

New Zealand Import duty is waived for shipments less than or equal to NZD 1000.

We partner with Australia Post and provide a tracking number for all orders delivered by Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are from the time of dispatch.


Dispatch & Tracking

In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from the time of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). In rare cases, please allow up to 2 business days from the time of payment to dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification via email or SMS and be provided with a Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number. Alternatively you can enter the tracking number on the Australia Post home page.


Jindabyne / Thredbo Orders

Orders from Jindabyne NSW, East Jindabyne NSW, or Thredbo Village NSW may be delivered by one of our friendly staff. In these instances a tracking number will not be provided.

During the Winter Snow Season (July to September) pick-up in Thredbo is available from On The Tune Thredbo on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. Simply enter On The Tune Thredbo as the shipping address. Last minute orders (until 9pm) on Friday and Saturday will be ready for pick-up the following day.
